have failed to comply with the Registrar's directive to file their annual returns each year; hence, they have been found to be in default.

Please do not hesitate to lodge a complaint with ICAG should any financial statements or report signed by a firm that is not on the list of licensed firms in good standing or the updated list from ICAG's website come to your notice.

The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) wishes to inform all Executive Council Members (or any other name designated), Members and Stakeholders of registered Professional Bodies that the under-listed Professional Bodies have filed or renewed their Certificate of Members with the Office of the Registrar of Companies as of 31^st July, 2024 and are therefore in good standing.
