Annual Returns is a mandatory requirement for all Incorporated Companies.

Procedure

• Applicant may pick up a prescribed Annual Returns Form from the in-house bank or Download
• Submit completed and signed forms at the Annual Returns Counter for Verification and Capturing 
• Pay processing fee of GHs90.00 at the in-house bank or Online on the ghana.gov.gh platform
