The submission of Annual Returns is a mandatory requirement for all Professional bodies registered in Ghana. Annual Renewal for all members of Professional Bodies is also a mandatory requirement.

Procedure

• Applicant may pick up a prescribed Annual Returns Form from the in-house bank or Download
• Attach completed and signed forms  
• Attach current list of members and financial statement
• Submit at the Annual Returns Counter for Verification and Capturing
• Pay Annual Returns fee of GHs 610 at the in-house bank or Online via ghana.gov.gh payment platform
• Mandatory Annual Renewal  fee of GHs 30 per member every year
