Business Name (Sole Proprietorship) to Incorporated Partnership
This is a process where an Incorporated Partnership acquires and takes over the assets and liabilities of a Business Name (Sole Proprietor).
Procedure
- Pay Annual Renewals up to date at our in-house bank or use the USSD code *222# and follow the prompts
- A search for availability of the Entity Name must be conducted (if there is any change in the Existing Name)
- Applicant may purchase and complete Form B for Incorporation of Partnership from the in-house bank or Download
- Complete and sign forms
- Attach stamped Partnership agreement from Land Valuation Board, letter of cancellation from the sole proprietor, original Certificate of Registration and Form A and submit at the Partnership Registration Counter for Verification and Capturing or submit the application Online
- Pay a processing fee of GHs240.00 at the in-house bank or via Online
- VIP service cost of GHs 1000.00 in addition to the processing fees (optional)
- Registrar Examines, Approves and Issues
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Certified True Copy(CTC) of Form B
