Mrs. Maame Samma Peprah, Esq. serves as the Acting Registrar of Companies, bringing to the role extensive legal, corporate governance, and institutional leadership experience. Since her appointment in March 2025, she has prioritized continuity, teamwork, and innovation in leading the ORC’s national operations.

Her strategic focus includes expanding digital access through a new online registration platform, promoting a culture of compliance among registered businesses, and deploying insolvency practitioners to help distressed companies restructure rather than dissolve.
