The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) has struck off 318 companies from the Companies Register for failure to file annual returns as required under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).
Affected companies may apply for restoration in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act. A full list of the affected companies is available in the attached document.
