The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) wishes to notify the general public and all owners of businesses that all registered business names are required to be renewed annually upon the expiry of their registration. The Registrar has observed that a number of business names on the Register have not been renewed as required by law.
Notice is hereby given that all business names which are not renewed on or before 17th January, 2027 shall be deemed lapsed and shall accordingly be removed from the Register maintained by the Office. Full details, including the required actions for affected business owners, are set out in the attached notice.
