Requirements for making changes or amendments to a registered Business Name.

Change of Principal Activities

Provide a detailed description of the nature of the changes in particular. Clearly state the exact date for the changes accordingly.

  • File Form D.

Change of Address

  • Provide accurate Digital Address, Postal Address, Telephone Number(s) and Email.

Change Name

  • Name Search.
  • Write an accurate name as desired.
Fees
  • Notification of change: GHS 75
  • Certified True Copy (CTC): GHS 30
  • VIP Service for all Filing and changes: additional fee applies.
