Snapshots from the session show the Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) engaging members of the Chefs Association of Ghana, Greater Accra Chapter in an informative session on Business Registration.
Participants learned about the different business structures under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) and how to register their businesses. The session also highlighted the benefits of registration, such as legal recognition, access to funding, increased credibility, and staying compliant with the law.
