This initiative is part of ORC’s public education and sensitization drive to make our services more accessible while promoting compliance with the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).

Services include on-the-spot business registration, renewal of existing businesses, and business advisory services.

To register your business, bring along your:

• Ghana Card
  Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  GPS address
  Residential and business address
  Proposed business name.

For Renewal simply come with a copy of your business registration certificate and financial statement in the case of filing of Annual Returns.

Fee for Registration and Renewal
Registration for Sole proprietor is GHC130, while Business renewal are GHC70 per year.
Company Limited by Shares– Ghc 585 plus 1% of the stated capital
Company Limited by Guarantee (Churches, NGO, Associations etc)= GHC 490
