The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC), in partnership with Universal Merchant Bank (UMB), has officially opened the ORC–UMB Service Point at the UMB Tema, Industrial Hub Branch.

The Service Point brings selected ORC services closer to businesses, entrepreneurs and the general public in Tema and surrounding communities, making it easier to access essential business registration and post-registration services.
