Group Accounts
Group Accounts is a mandatory requirement for all registered External Companies. This Group Accounts include but is not limited to Financial Statements of the Parent Company, branch office in Ghana and Subsidiaries registered in other jurisdictions.
Procedure
- Submit Group Accounts at the Annual Returns Counter
- Pay a processing fee of USD 750 at the in-house bank
