Highlights from the Stakeholder Sensitization Forum show the Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC), in collaboration with the IFC and SECO, engaging stakeholders at the Kempinski Hotel, Accra on Ghana’s Enhanced Legal Framework for Corporate Insolvency.
The forum, under the theme “Strengthening Business Recovery and Creditor Confidence through Ghana’s Corporate Insolvency Regime,” brought together judges, insolvency practitioners, regulators, lawyers, accountants, and business experts to discuss strategies for supporting businesses in financial distress.
The event emphasized the effective implementation of the Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring Act, 2020 (Act 1015), promoting creditor protection, business continuity, and economic stability while fostering dialogue to build a resilient insolvency system in Ghana.
