Partnership Name Renewal
Once in every year each partner registered under this Act shall deliver to the Registrar for registration a renewal notice in the prescribed form renewing the registration.
Without prejudice to any other liability prescribed by this Act, any registration which is not renewed in accordance with this section shall be deemed to have lapsed and the Registrar may remove from the register the business name
