The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) has announced the relocation of its Sekondi-Takoradi Zonal Office to a new and more accessible office space at the National Communications Authority (NCA) Building, 3rd Floor, Ketan Road, Sekondi-Takoradi, effective Friday, July 31st, 2026, as part of efforts to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.

The relocation is aimed at providing a more convenient, modern and customer-friendly environment for businesses, entrepreneurs and the general public seeking the Office’s registration and regulatory services in the Western Region.
Clients visiting the new office will continue to enjoy the full range of ORC services, including company incorporation, business name registration, filing of annual returns, amendments to company records, beneficial ownership services, insolvency administration and regulatory compliance support.

Members of the business community, professional service providers and the general public are therefore advised to take note of the new address and visit the office at its new location for all ORC-related services.
