As part of its 5th Anniversary celebrations, the Bono Zonal Office of the Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) organized a public float and sensitization exercise through the principal streets of Sunyani.
The initiative aimed to engage directly with members of the public, raise awareness about the role of ORC, and highlight the significance of the anniversary. During the exercise, officers distributed informational flyers, interacted with business owners and residents, and provided guidance on business registration and compliance requirements.

In furtherance of the celebration, the Zonal Office also hosted a Business Registration Clinic to support entrepreneurs and prospective business owners within the Sunyani municipality. The clinic provided on-site assistance to individuals seeking to formalize their businesses, while also offering services to help existing businesses meet their renewal obligations.
The activities formed part of ORC’s broader commitment to improving access to business registration services, promoting regulatory compliance, and strengthening engagement with the business community.
Through initiatives such as these, ORC continues to advance its mission of fostering a transparent and well-regulated business environment that supports economic growth and development.
